1. Return Window

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from DPBOSS BOSTON. You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• In the original packaging with all tags and seals intact.
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods cannot be returned, including:

• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
• Intimate or sanitary goods.
• Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases.
• Gift cards and downloadable software products.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

• First, check your bank account again.
• Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
